Group Coaching
You've put in the work and have been alcohol-free for 30 days. Now what?Â
How do you manage the work events, the birthday parties, the holidays, ALL the celebrations... without a drink?Â
I remember feeling like a baby bird flying away from the nest, unsure if my fledgling wings would carry me through a shift in the wind.
I developed a small group coaching program to help you extend your 30-day break from alcohol to 100 days. Â
You'll continue investigating why you were compelled to drink in the first place, so you anchor it in and experience true and lasting change. Â


Here's how the program works:
If your application to join is accepted (more on that in a moment), you'll join a group of no more than seven women.
- Each week (for twelve weeks), we'll meet on Zoom for one hour
- We'll communicate via Marco Polo in between group calls
You'll learn how to:Â
- Reconnect with your true self
- Nurture your inner child
- Process emotions
- Regulate your nervous system
- Build emotional resilience
- Set a course to reach your potential
If you've been missing out on social connections since your break from alcohol, this is a lovely way to make new friends in a space where you can safely have conversations that you perhaps don't feel safe having elsewhere.Â

During your application call, we'll determine if this is the right program for you. If so, I'll invite you to join us in an upcoming session.
To qualify to join, you'll need at least 30 days alcohol-free and a desire to extend your period of sobriety.
You don't need to commit to giving up alcohol forever, but the purpose of the group is to help you keep going as long as you want to.
